Description
Also known as “Villa di Preci” B&B Villa Castoriana offers its services in a mansion-house of the early 900. It is situated in Valle Castoriana at the beginning of the municipality of Preci, a few kilometers from Norcia and in close proximity to all major touristic attractions in Umbria.
Its position (at the border between Marche and Umbria) is ideal to visit the untouched Valnerina area and the National Park of the Monti Sibillini with its respective villages and suburbs, and to practice sports like bicycle riding, rafting, fishing in the Nera River and walks to the hilltops.
The property is fenced and it extends on an 8000sqm surface. There are exclusive services available to our guests, among which the barbeque area, the pool, and private parking which are free of extra charge, as they are included in the B&B formula.
Villa Castoriana is composed of the main villa, an annex composed of two autonomous apartments which can be rented singularly.
